OREANDA-NEWS. On 08 May 2009 was announced, that OJSC Zapsibelektrosetstroy (a part of IES-EnergoStroyEngineering Group of Companies) completed the construction of 110 kV double-circuit high voltage line at Pravoberezhnaya-2-Monastirskaya site and reconstruction of existing 35, 110 kV high voltage lines. Within the framework of the project specialists of the Surgut trust performed special complex crossings over the Ob' river and Chebikovskaya river arm.
The construction started in November 2007 for the benefit of OJSC RN-Yuganskneftegaz. The general contractor of the project was OJSC Incomnefteremont. The length of the 110 kV double-circuit high voltage line exceeded 12 kilometers. Two single-circuit crossings of 110 kV high voltage line over the Ob' river with the spread of 1612 meters and 1573 meters accordingly and length of crossing spans of 879 meters were constructed. The spread of double-circuit crossing of 110 kV high voltage line over the Chebikovskaya river arm comprised 1480 meters and length of the crossing span comprised 720 meters.
Large crossings were constructed in accordance with "K-P-P-K" scheme (dead end support - crossing support - crossing support - dead end support) based on standard crossing supports of ПП220-1/79 and ПП220-2/70 type with the high of 94 meters and dead end supports of К220-1 and К220-2 type including АС-500/336 wire and ТК-170 ground wire. Pile foundations with metal mat were used as the basis for crossing and dead end supports. For wire stringing at the crossing supports supporting clamps of ПГП type which don not require installation of protective clutches on wires were applied instead of traditional roller brackets.
The total amount of drove in piles, including technology, comprised 999pieces/1434, 24 cubic meters, including 144 composite piles of CK-16-type with the length of 16 meters for foundations of ПП220-2/70 crossing supports and К220-2 dead-end support on the left side of the Chebikovskaya river arm. The total weight of erected and installed support metal constructions, foundation bearers and mats comprised approximately 890 tones.
The construction of large crossings was performed in accordance with the work execution project designed and developed by OJSC Siborgenergostroy (Novosibirsk). The lifting of crossing supports was made with application of rotating method using 50.0 meter "falling" arm. 100 people and 30 units of machinery were involved in the construction of the facility.
