OREANDA-NEWS. May 06, 2009. The second A-300-600F cargo plane arrived to Navoi airport from Seoul in accordance with the leasing agreement signed between Uzbekistan Airways and Korean Air, reported the Official website gov.uz.

According to Uzbekistan Airways press service, the two Airbus liners will be used for cargo routes to Delhi, Bangkok, Moscow and then to other destinations in Europe and Asia.

The agreement foresees the creation of the multi-modal logistics hub at the Navoi International airport in the framework of the formation of the joint global network uniting cargo flows from Asia to Europe and back.

The regional logistics center will become part of the free industrial zone, which is currently being created in Navoi region.
