OREANDA-NEWS. May 07, 2009. NCFM has approved the draft Regulation on issuing qualification certificates of the auditors-professional participants of the non-banking sector of the market.

As it was informed in the National Commission for financial market, such decision was taken at the meeting of the NCFM Administrative Board. Draft Regulation will be submitted to the authorities, interested agencies and the Expert Council at NCFM.

The document establishes the conditions and means of obtaining qualification certificate of the auditors-professional participants of the non-banking financial market (in the field of securities, insurance, saving and loan associations), as well as certification requirements.
