Pashabank Aims for Long-Term Co-operation with Ernst&Young
OREANDA-NEWS. May 7, 2009. Azerbaijan’s Pashabank (established in 2007) has found an international auditor for itself.
Bank’s chairman of board Farid Akhundov says that their auditor is Ernst&Young.
“We have become its first client in banking sector of Azerbaijan, and although our Bank has not a long-term contract with it, we are inclined for long-term co-operation. In particular, Ernst&Young will also audit Pashabank for the first half of 2009,” Akhundov said.
Earlier Ernst&Young audited the Bank for second half of 2007, first half of 2008, and for 2008.
