OREANDA-NEWS. May 7, 2009. Total capacity of the energy receiving devices of consumers, connected to the electrical networks of the company, in 2008 according to the agreements for technological connection constituted 54.1 MW, which is by 2.1 times higher than in 2007. The biggest growth of the connected capacity was in the Kazan electrical networks, namely, 12 МW, in Nizhnekamsk electrical networks – 5.4 MW, Naberezhnye Chelny electrical networks – 4.2 MW.

Within the last year were signed 8, 118 agreements for technological connection of total capacity 149.67 МW, 7,166 - with individuals and 951 with entities, as well as the single individual contract with the Special Economic Zone "Alabuga". For comparison in 2007 were concluded 6,560 such contracts.

The activity for connection for payment of the consumer electrical devices to its grids the JSC "Network Company" conducts since 2006. This necessity was caused by construction and commissioning of the new objects, increase of the required power, change of the category of reliability or existing scheme of electricity supply. Significant condition during signing the contract for technological connection is that the connection to the grid of the new consumers could not negatively affect the quality of electricity supply to existing consumers.

In the present the service for technological connection of the energy receiving devices is rendered by JSC "Network Company" strictly pursuant to normative-legal documents, approved by the government of RF. In 2008 the management of the Company approved the order of technological connection of the energy devices of Applicants to electrical networks of JSC "Network Company", which is placed on the JSC "Tatenergo" site www.tatenergo.ru in section "Servicing". The order explicitly determines all of the details of relationships of participants of technological connection, their responsibilities and actions in accordance with the laws of Russian Federation. The meeting the indicated in the Order requirements would allow to avoid the contradictions and optimize the process of technological о connection in Republic of Tatarstan and make this procedure understandable and transparent for its participator.

For rendering the services for technological connection pursuant to the requirements, approved by the normative-legal documents of RF, in 2008 the management of the Company made decision of establishing the departments for technological connection in the branches of JSC "Network Company". These divisions were founded especially for increasing the quality of work with consumers, creating the optimal conditions for everybody wishing to apply for technological connection to electrical networks of the JSC "Network Company".
