OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 May 2009 was announced, that according to the rating presented on April 27 by newspaper “Ekonomichna Pravda”, UniCredit Bank is one of the most stable banks in Ukraine.

27 biggest Ukrainian banks were valuated by authoritative investment companies. These companies are: Dragon Capital, Astrum Investment Management, Bonum Group, Concorde Capital, Pheonix Capital, Foyil, “Art-capital”, “Troika Dialog Ukraina”, “Kinto”.

Levels of valuation are 10 – ideal, 9 – high, 7 – stable, 6 – satisfactory, 5 – middle, 4 – low, 3 – bad, 2 – awful, 1 –disastrous, 0 – zero.

In line with this rating UniCredit gоt into “stable group” of financial institutions, which consists of 8 banks (7 banks are foreign and one is state).

Financial analysts valuated banks by simple criteria: quality of credit portfolio, quality and commitment of client’s base, image of the bank among clients and financial partners, professionalism of management, possibility and readiness of owners to save the bank during crisis and financial firmness of institution.
