OREANDA-NEWS. On May 04, 2009 UAB Ukio banko investiciju valdymas and the life insurance company Bonum Publicum signed a financial instrument management agreement. Under this agreement, Ukio banko investiciju valdymas takes over investment management from Bonum Publicum, reported the press-centre of Ukio bankas.

“Successful partnership with Bonum Publicum has continued for nearly a year. We have started it by offering a Rational Investment Area that gained in popularity among the insurance company’s clients. We believe that a new stage in our common activities will strengthen our partnership and create conditions for preparing other interesting and exclusive investment areas,” Antanas Suraucius, UAB Ukio banko investiciju valdymas director, said.

Presently, the life insurance UAB Bonum Publicum offers 12 different investment areas with different degrees of risk. They include conservative bonds, aggressive shares, mixed, East European bonds, Nordic shares, CIS shares and other areas. The company provides life insurance services to both private and corporate clients.

Presently, UAB Ukio banko investiciju valdymas manages Ukio bankas Bonds Fund and Ukio bankas Rational Investment Fund. Ukio bankas Bonds Fund is oriented to investors who are keeping to a more conservative investment strategy, whereas Ukio bankas Rational Investment Fund is intended for investors with low or medium investment experience, who, upon assuming higher risk, seek higher yield than that of bonds. Investments in Ukio bankas investment funds can be made in litas and euros.
