OREANDA-NEWS. May 05, 2009. Megabank's experts mark the return of depositors' confidence to the banking system. As per the data of Megabank's head of deposit operations and individuals' payments department Mariya Bezunova, the clients start to deposit for a longer period of time – from 6 months till a year and a half, reported the press-centre of Megabank.

Earlier, beginning from December last year, the deposits were made mainly for a term of a months and a half to three months.

The head of department also informed that there was a tendency for the last two-three months of a considerable downturn of flight of depositors. As per М. Bezunova, the clients' base is stable. From January till February the share of new clients made 9% of the total deposits opened, in March – 10%, and in April 16% of new depositors made avail of "Megabank"'s services.
