OREANDA-NEWS. May 6, 2009. “Interregional Distribution Grid Company of North-West”, Joint Stock Company (IDGC of North-West) informs on carrying out of the annual General Shareholders Meeting in the form of a meeting (joint presence) with the following agenda:

1. Approval of the annual report, annual accounting reports, including profit and loss statement of the Company, and distribution of profit (including payment of dividends) and losses of the Company following the results of the 2008 financial year.
2.  Election of members of the Company Board of Directors.
3.  Election of members of the Company Auditing Commission.
4.  Approval of the Company auditor.

Time of carrying out: 11:00.
Time of the beginning of registration: 9:00.
