State Budget of Ukraine Overfulfilled by 10,7% in April
OREANDA-NEWS. May 05, 2009. Through April the State Budget has been overfulfilled by 10.7%, for 4 months of 2009 – by 3.9%. The Head of the State Treasury Tetyana Sliuz informed media briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In particular, she disclosed that over January-April of 2009 revenues to the general and special funds of the State Budget have been realized to the tune of UAH 62,000.7 mn (taking into account VAT reimbursement, without proper incomes of budget institutions), which totals 103.9% of the planned showings over January-April of 2009.
According to Tetyana Sliuz, in April of 2009 the general and special funds of the Sate Budget have received UAH 18, 170.8 mn which is 110.7% of the estimated numbers of April of 2009.
The head of the State Treasury also imparted in January-April of 2009 departments of the State Treasury have reimbursed from the budget UAH 9, 856.8 mn in value added tax, or 100% of planned showings of January-April. In April UAH 2,782.3 mn have been reimbursed or 102.2% of the planned showing of April of 2009.
Tetyana Sliuz informed that all the pensions have been paid off. “On April 30 financing of May pensions has commenced that are to be paid from May 4,” she added.
The head of the State Treasury underlined implementation of the budget has been rather complicated process in view of the financial crisis and instability of the situation in other countries. “But owing to the efforts of the tax payers, subjects of foreign economic activity, banks and also titanic activity of the Government, tax, financial, customs, pension institutions and departments of the State Treasury we are facing such situation – implementation of the budget in such amounts,” Tetyana Sliuz clarified.
