OREANDA-NEWS. May 5, 2009. The Bank of Moscow has become an agent by order State Corporation Deposits Insurance Agency.

Payment of the insurance indemnity to the Family Bank’s depositors will be fulfilled in a range of offices of the Bank of Moscow in Arkhangelsk, Tula, Orenburg and Moscow. Detailed information about offices of service for clients of Family Bank will be published at the site of the Bank of Moscow.

Earlier the Bank of Moscow was an agent of State Corporation Deposits Insurance Agency in organization of payments to depositors of troubled banks.

"The Bank of Moscow has managed to attract more than 60 percent of deposits of the troubled customers. These payments have allowed the Bank of Moscow to transfer more than 50 percent of deposits for service", Alla Tsytovich, managing director of the retail business bloc of the Bank of Moscow said.
