OREANDA-NEWS. On 29 April 2009 SOGAZ Insurance Company had announced renaming LLC IC Neftepolis. The new full corporate name of the company is Limited Liability Company Insurance Company SOGAZ-Agro (insurance license S No. 3297 of 14.02.2006, registration number 3297)

The decision on renaming was taken by the sole member of IC Neftepolis – OJSC SOGAZ (Resolution of the Sole Member of Insurance Company Neftepolis No. 6 of 11 March 2009), which is currently recorded in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Certificate of FTS of Russia of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, series 77 No. 011532473).

All insurance policies previously issued by IC Neftepolis and effective insurance contracts shall remain in force (valid) until their respective expiry dates. LLC Insurance Company SOGAZ-Argo will perform all obligations undertaken by IC Neftepolis and connected with proper and timely execution of insurance policies/contracts.
