OREANDA-NEWS. April 28, 2009. PLC "Megabank" at the shareholders' general meeting has approved a decision about distribution of the bank's net profit, received in 2008, reported the press-centre of Megabank.

In line with the decision approved 50% of the profit was channeled to the reserve fund of the bank, the balance – into the Fund of development of material and technical base of "Megabank".
