The record date, which is used to determine the list of persons eligible to attend the annual general shareholders meeting of Sibirtelecom is May 5, 2009.

The powers of the Board of Management of Sibirtelecom are to be prematurely terminated.

On April 16, 2009 the Board of Directors of Sibirtelecom adopted a decision to prematurely terminate the powers of N.N. Rybakov, a member of the Board of Management.
