OREANDA-NEWS. On 28 April 2009 was announced, that the Board of Directors of CenterTelecom OJSC announces that at its meeting held it considered the appointment of Alexei Kamyshev, Deputy General Director, Financial Director, CenterTelecom, as a member of the company’s Management Board.

According to the Board of Directors’ decision Alexei Kamyshev is appointed to CenterTelecom’s Management Board from April 20 to July 30, 2009.

Thus the list of the members of the company’s Management Board now is as follows:

Vaagn Martirosyan – General Director, CenterTelecom OJSC, Chairman of the Management Board;

Alexander Gribov – Administrative Director, CenterTelecom OJSC;

Konstantin Zverev – Director for Information Technologies, CenterTelecom OJSC;

Alexander Kazakov - Director of Security Department, CenterTelecom OJSC;

Alexei Kamyshev – Deputy General Director, Financial Director, CenterTelecom OJSC;

Andrei Kartashov – Chief Accountant, CenterTelecom OJSC;

Vadim Kondratov – Deputy General Director, Technical Director, CenterTelecom OJSC;

Dmitry Parkhomenko – Director for Legal Issues and Relations with Governmental Authorities, CenterTelecom OJSC;
