OREANDA-NEWS. On 28 April 2009 was announced, that an expanded meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Telecommunications of the Russian Federation dedicated to the results of activities for 2008 and tasks for 2009 is to be carried out in Moscow  12-13 May, 2009.

Among the participants in the meeting, to be held as part of the Svyaz-Expocomm 2009 Forum, will be Igor Schegolev, the Minister of Information Technologies and Telecommunications of the Russian Federation, chiefs of the Federal Agency for Telecommunications and the Federal Agency for Information Technologies, State Duma and Federal Assembly members, representatives of state authorities, senior managers of telecommunications and IT companies and chiefs of industry associations.

During the expanded meetings, participants will outline the results of the telecommunications and IT industries’ development for 2008. They will also seek agreement on priority directions for activities in the core sectors of the telecommunications industry for 2009.

CenterTelecom OJSC will be represented at the meeting by Vaagn Martirosyan, General Director, as well as other senior managers and directors of the company’s regional branches.
