OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2009. People's Bank will create national payment system Uzto'lоv, the complex measures on stimulation of free resources of population and businesses to deposits in commercial banks, approved by the presidential decree said.

The document said the system will ensure fast, safe and comfortable transaction for individuals, including with use of plastic cards.
