OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 April 2009 was announced, that in compliance with article 54 of the Federal Law “On Communications”, in April 2009 the Company offers three tariff plans for local voice services to its customers in several rural areas of the Stavropol kray, Karachaevo-Cherkessia Republic and Northern Ossetia Republic.

From 1 May 2009 UTK’s subscribers living in some rural areas of the Krasnodar kray and the Rostov region will get the opportunity to choose one of the three tariff plans.

Thus, the time-based tariff scheme will be used in 87 more localities. Now rural population - subscribers of "UTK" PJSC - can exercise their right to choose the most beneficial tariff plan: with time-based, unlimited-use and combined tariff schemes.

In February 2008 all UTK’s urban customers got the opportunity to choose a scheme of payment for local calls. Subscribers of the Astrakhan, Krasnodar and Volgograd branches of "UTK" PJSC were the first to use three tariff plans starting from February 1, 2007.

At present 3.5 million subscribers representing 85% of total UTK’s customers can choose one of  three tariff plans for local voice services.
