On April 22, 2009 Agricultural credit corporation (Astana, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the copy of notice of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of March 31, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the mentioned document:

- AFS approved the company report on shares placement results;

- the issue is divided into 34,949,371 common shares;

- the company shares issue is included into the State Serial Securities Register under number A4521;

- as of February 22, 2009 the company 500,000 shares were not placed, its authorized capital is formed ion the size of KZT34,449,371,000.
