OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 April 2009 was announced, that the Board of Directors of Uralsvyazinform has set the date of its annual general shareholders meeting on the results of 2008.

The annual general shareholders meeting of Uralsvyazinform will be held at 10 am local time on June 4, 2009.  Shareholder registration will begin at 8 am.  The venue and place of registration for the annual general shareholders meeting is as follows:

The record date for the list of persons eligible to attend the annual general shareholders meeting of Uralsvyazinform is April 15, 2009.

The approval of the agenda and review of other issues related to preparation of the shareholders meeting is planned for a meeting of the Board of Directors of Uralsvyazinform on April 24, 2009.
