OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty, hereafter - the bank), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE the general meeting of shareholders will be held May 27, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. with the agenda as follows, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- approval of annual financial statements of the bank for 2008;

- distribution of net income of the bank for 2008 and dividend payment on common shares;

- shareholders' appeals regarding actions of the bank and its officials and results of consideration thereof;

- determination of audit organization, auditing the bank for 2009;

- determination of authorities of the Board of Directors of the bank;

- changes and additions to the Regulation on the Board of Directors of the bank.

The meeting will be held at: 30/26, Gogol/Koldayakov str., Almaty.

In case of absence of a quorum the recurrent meeting of shareholders will be held May 29, 2009 at the same time at the address as above.
