OREANDA-NEWS. Tsesnabank (Astana, hereafter - the bank), shares and bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with an extract from the share register as on April 1, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The registrar of the bank is Registratorskaya sistema tsennykh bumag (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total of authorized common shares KZ1C33820016 is 27,500,000, preferred shares KZ1P33820914 - 2,500,000;

- 15,500,000 common shares and all preferred shares were offered;

- the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares is Corporation Tsesna (Astana), owning 14,482,052 common shares (80.46 % of outstanding shares or 93.43 % of outstanding common shares).
