IBC Will Take Part in Work of Advisory Council of KR SCC
OREANDA-NEWS. April 21, 2009. At the meeting, the Advisory Board will consider a range of issues, such as changes and additions to the Customs Code and the Regulations on the customs clearance of goods and vehicles transported across the customs border of the Kyrgyz Republic, draft requirements for construction, equipment and location of warehouses of temporary storage and customs warehouse; the draft of Government Regulation “On introducing changes in the Government Regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 6, 2000 № 552 “On the priority measures to implement the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that deplete the Ozone Layer” - a reduction of goods that are subject to state regulation; the draft “Order of priority of customs clearance of goods coming to the Kyrgyz Republic (for perishable goods), etc., reported the press-centre of International Business Council.
There will be a presentation of the draft of non-cash payments, as well as a pilot project on introduction of a single interagency paper following the example of “Ak Zhol”.
