OREANDA-NEWS. April 22, 2009. OJSC Tulachermet has acquired two new engines TM-20 made by the Ukrainian plant “Dneprotyazhmash” for the purpose of BF-1 major overhaul. The equipment designed for hot-metal ladle cars travel (used for blast furnace casting) has been already delivered to the plant. It costs more than 20mln rubles. Dneprotyazhmash also executed Tulachermet’s order and produced hearth-cooling plates with globular graphite and blast furnace cone. This enterprise also supplied staves for BF#3 major overhaul which was carried out in 2003.
