OREANDA-NEWS. April 21, 2009. ROSNO’s Nizhny Novgorod branch has concluded animal insurance contracts with four farms operating in Koverninsky, Gorodetsky and Ardatovsky districts of Nizhny Novgorod Region. The aggregate contractual insurance amount is 19,433,001 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

ROSNO’s insurance protection covers 1057 head of cattle. The animals have been insured against the following risks: infectious disease, parasitic disease, non-contagious disease, fire, lightning stroke, explosion, unlawful third-party actions, natural disasters, accident, loss through theft or robbery.

The insurance contracts have been concluded for one year.
