OREANDA-NEWS. April 21, 2009. Russian Agricultural Bank proceeded with soft lending for purchase of new automobiles manufactured in the Russian Federation in the framework of implementation of the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation on subsidizing of the interest rate for such loans, reported the press-centre of Russian Agricultural Bank.
 
First loan was extended for purchase of Lada Kalina automobile by a Saransk citizen at effective interest rate for the borrower of 9.33%.

In the framework of the program Autocredit aimed at national automotive industry support RAB extends loans to the Russian citizens for purchase of automobiles adopted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
