OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2009. ROSNO’s Samara branch has concluded a liability insurance contract with the housing management entity DEZ-1 Ltd. servicing 1,200 residential buildings in Kirovsky district of the city of Samara. The aggregate contractual insurance amount is 40,000,000 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The terms of this insurance contract contemplate reimbursement of any damage inflicted to life, health and/or property of third parties due to unintentional negligence (errors or omissions) of the utility service employees or any defects in, or specific features of, the materials, equipment and tools used by DEZ-1 Ltd., or other reasons stipulated in the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The contract will be valid for 1 year.
