OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2009. "UkrAvtoZAZ-Service" LLC, official distributor of Cadillac, Opel and Chevrolet cars in Ukraine and official distributor of ZAZ cars in Ukraine, subsidiary of the Ukrainian Automobile Corporation "AvtoZAZ-service" (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Distributor Company UkrAvtoZAZ-Service), notifies about changes in the company management membership, reported the press-centre ZAZ:

- VASADZE Vakhtang Tarielovych, who has taken up the post of the General Director of UkrAvtoZAZ-Service since 2006, steps out the post due to commencement of activity under new project of "UkrAVTO" Corporation.

- Kryvovyaz Oleg Ivanovych was appointed as the General Director of the Distributor Company UkrAvtoZAZ-Service. Mr. Kryvovyas has been working for the distributor company since the date of its establishment; until now he held the position of Deputy General Director for cars sales.

In view of the changes in the membership of management of the Distributor Company UkrAvtoZAZ-Service NO changes are envisaged in the structure of dealer net and distribution of Cadillac, Opel, Chevrolet and ZAZ cars.

"UkrAvtoZAZ-Service" LLC. and Subsidiary of the Ukrainian Automobile Corporation "AvtoZAZ-service", established in 2002, are included into the composition of "UkrAVTO" Corporation. One of the most significant achievements of the Distributor Company is creation of the widest dealer sales and service network in Ukraine, which nowadays include over 200 dealer centers, car show rooms and sales outlets, and essential increase of dealer standards at all stages of cooperation with clients.

Client-orientation of the company and favorable for the customers price policy ensures for UkrAvtoZAZ-Service company leading positions in the Ukrainian market of new cars. During the period of distributor company UkrAvtoZAZ-Service operation over 708 000 Cadillac, Opel, Chevrolet and ZAZ cars were sold. According to the results of 2005-2008 Chevrolet is included into top-three of the most popular car brands among new passenger cars in Ukraine. Lanos became the leader of sales in the new passenger cars in Ukraine for three years running.
