OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2009. The regional administration seeks compromise with power engineering specialists.
The first meeting of General Director of IDGC of North-West Alexander Kukhmay with the Governor of the Region Dmitry Dmitrienko took place today in Murmansk.

The parties determined the range of issues on development of electric grid complex in Murmansk Region, and discussed investment program of “Kolenergo” (a branch of IDGC of North-West) for the period 2009-2010.

The management of “Kolenergo” also attended the meeting represented by the Director Sergey Gubich and Senior Engineer Alexander Maslov.

According to the Governor, “the region possessing the economy which is built on cheap electric power can not be equated with other constituent entities which are not suppliers of electric power”.

 “The work of the administration is aimed to find compromise with power engineering specialists,” said Dmitry Dmitrienko.

To remind, next week the RF Ministry of Industry and Energy is going to hold a conference with representatives of the constituent entities on non-price zones.
