OREANDA-NEWS. Central Bank of Uzbekistan did not change refinancing rate. The bank's board adopted a resolution on 11 April 2009.

In line with the resolution, the refinancing rate set at 14% APR. The bank said the refinancing rate was not changed based on main directions of monetary policy for 2009 and actual and expected inflation rate.

The Central Bank reviewed refinancing rate last time on 7 February 2009 and kept it at 14% APR level.
