OREANDA-NEWS. April 16, 2009. The specialists of Vologda-ROSNO branch have concluded a personal property title insurance contract covering five land plots with total area of 26.4 ha, located in Kirillovsky district of the Vologda Region. ROSNO’s liability limit under this contract is 28,380,000 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The contract covers the risk of the borrower losing the insured land plots due to termination of ownership title thereto by virtue of a legally consummated court resolution. Under this contract, the lending bank acts as beneficiary.

The contract will be valid for 1 year.
