Court Confirmed Legitimacy of FAS Decision on Glatter-Goetz Ltd
OREANDA-NEWS. On April 09, 2009 the Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the claim of "Glatter-Goetz" Ltd. and confirmed legitimacy and relevance of the decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) regarding the "State Academic Mariisnsky Theatre" Federal Cultural Institution, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.
Earlier FAS Russia investigated a complaint of "Glatter-Goetz" Ltd. that the "State Academic Mariisnsky Theatre" Federal Cultural Institution had violated the Federal Law "On State and Municipal Procurement of Goods, Works and Services" and found the complaint ungrounded.
According to "Glatter-Goetz" Ltd., the Tender Commission of the Ordering Party unlawfully refused to accept the company's bid for the open tender for manufacturing, supplying and assembling a pipe organ for a concert hall.
FAS Russia established that the bid of "Glatter-Goetz" Ltd. had not met the requirements specified in the tender documentation and was to be refused the Federal Law "On State and Municipal Procurement of Goods, Works and Services".
Nevertheless, "Glatter-Goetz" Ltd. filed a lawsuit to the Arbitration Court. The Court, however, dismissed the claim of "Glatter-Goetz" Ltd. in full.
