OREANDA-NEWS. On 15 April 2009 was announced, that the President of the Republic of Belarus recognised as no longer valid Decree No252 of 13 May 2008. The purpose of this move is to help Belarusian cement producers keep their internal financing resources so that they could implement investment projects and further develop their production.

This decision will help such Belarusian cement producers as the Belarusian Cement Factory, Krichevtsementnoshifer and Krasnoselskstroimaterialy use their internal funds to acquire new equipment and machinery and minimise their credit needs, which will ultimately help cut down the prime cost of their products, and keep them competitive in international markets.
