OREANDA-NEWS. On 15 April 2009 was announced, that 86 Oranta’s employees who demonstrated best performance in their directorates and branches over 2008 were awarded with a motivational trip to Cuba.

The organizers of the trip made sure that Oranta's team had an opportunity not only to enjoy beaches and tourist attractions but also to discuss business maters with their colleagues in an unofficial setting. This helped to strengthen team bonds and to carry out a number of brainstorming sessions, which resulted in new ideas for implementation in Ukraine.
