According to the extract:

- the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common  KZ1C47350018) makes up 6,785,500 units;

- all authorized shares of the company are offered;

- the sole person, holding the company shares in the quantity of five or more percent from the total number of offered shares is KAZSTROYSERVICE Limited (London, United Kingdom), which owns all company offered shares.
