OREANDA-NEWS. On April 14, 2009 The Gov’t has devised a package of decisions which will make possible balancing of cooperation of Ukraine with the International Monetary Fund. Yulia Tymoshenko, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, disclosed during the special CMU sitting.

According to her, this package includes 19 decisions directed to overcoming of the crisis phenomena in Ukraine incurred by the global financial crunch. 

Yulia Tymoshenko reminded today’s agenda of the Parliament should have contained three key anti-crisis draft laws coordinated with the world financial organizations. However, as the Premier explained, through a position of certain part of OU-NSD faction subordinate to the President of Ukraine they were not included for considering.

“As Prime Minister I can not afford the cooperation program with the international financial organizations to be ruined. I will never afford the program which gives possibility for Ukraine to open all financial opportunities of the world to be destroyed,” Yulia Tymoshenko emphasized.

The PM also added it was just the reason the Gov’t had elaborated a package of decisions which could lay the basis for furthering cooperation of Ukraine with international financial organizations, which in its turn gives way for balancing the budget of the country and launching reforms necessary to curb the crisis.
