OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2009. According to the recent data the total balance of deposits for the first quarter of current year made 2 023,8 million somoni and it increased to 5,7% in compare to the end of 2008, reported the press-centre of NBT.

The share of deposits in national and foreign currency in total amount of deposits made 30,6% and 69,4% respectively.

The volume of deposits of individuals increased to 158, 9 million somoni or 25,4% in compare to the first quarter of the previous year that was happened because of increase of deposits in national currency to 48,4 million somoni or 8,5%.
