OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2009. Е4-SibCOTES will complete a work package for 410 MW GTCC DCS system at the Krasnodarskaya CHP plant. The engineers from the company will design the system, supply equipment, and provide its commissioning. GTCC plant is automated within the project for the expansion of the Krasnodarskaya CHP plant (TGK-8).
 
Recently, the relevant Contract was signed with E4-Group, project EPC Contractor. Main issues related to DCS were discussed with GT and generator supplier – Mitsubishi Corporation. Е4-SibCOTESisaGeneralDesignerintheproject.
 
The project for the GTCC construction started in spring 2008. It plans to use modern equipment from the leading world manufacturers. Gas turbine manufactured by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries type М 701F4 with the rated capacity 303.9 MW will be installed at the plant. GT electric generator will be supplied by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, and a 140 MW steam turbine – by the Urals Turbine Plant.  ST generator with air cooling will be manufactured by Elsib, and HRSG is expected to be supplied by EMAlliance.
 
The expansion of the Krasnodarskaya CHP plant will cover heat and electricity demand within the Krasnodarsky Krai subject to economy growth rates expected in the region, development of tour industry, as well as the preparation for the Olympic Games 2014. The installation of modern equipment will reduce emissions and increase the plant capacity by 410 MW.
