OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 April 2009 was announced, that the Arbitration court of St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region had made the decision on refusal in satisfaction of claim requirements of Open Society "Kolenergosbyt" to Open Society "TGK-1" on modification of the contract of delivery of the electric power.

"Kolenergosbyt ", carrying out electric power sale in the retail market and being the guaranteeing supplier in territory of Murmansk area, in a judicial order asked to make changes to the contract on which ТГК-1 sold the electric power for needs MAPP "Lota".

At the same time bypassing this contract ТГК-1 in infringement of Rules of the retail markets carries out direct export of the electric power to foreign customers, – Open Society "Kolenergosbyt" press-service informs.

The contract has been concluded in the end of February, 2008 by period of validity till December, 31st, 2008. In absence of again concluded contract, according to Open Society "Kolenergosbyt", it continues to operate.

In Open Society "Kolenergosbyt" consider, that refusal of Arbitration court of the first instance in satisfaction of claim requirements is spent on the formal bases.

– In any case, Open Society "Kolenergosbyt" knowingly to achieve that the legislation operating in sphere of electric power industry, was carried out by all participants of a power market without any withdrawals, – the chairman of Board of directors of the company Alexey Presnov has declared, – the press-service retail supply quotes the companies.
