OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 April 2009 was announced, that the general meetings of Kmelnitsoblenergo (PFTS: HMON) and Vinitsaoblenergo (PFTS: VIEN) decided to pay out dividends in amount of 15% of the net profit generated in 2008. In case of Khmelnitskoblenergo this amount will reach almost UAH 4.4 mn and in case of Vinitsaoblenergo – UAH 4.5 mn. In terms of one share the dividends will be UAH 1.5 and UAH 0.03, accordingly.

Besides the shareholders also decided to transfer 80% of the net profit for 2008 for the companies development, and remaining 5% – to the reserve fund of oblenergoes.
