OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 April 2009 was announced, that one of the leading Russian software developers, EastWind, making part of SITRONICS Telecoms Solutions, received a new compliance certificate for EastWind Billing System.

The Certification was carried out by an accredited telecoms certification system agency, ANO TsES Infocom. The Certificate received, confirms compliance to established requirements and capabilities for automated payments in telecoms networks with up to 5 mln subscribers.

EastWind Billing System is one of the key products in the EastWind range. The system is designed to automate business processes of mobile telecoms operators of various standards (GSM, CDMA, 3G) and fixed communications operators (PSTN, NGN).
