OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2009. The Euromoney Magazine has announced the results of its annual Insurance Survey. The nomination "Best Insurer in Central and Eastern Europe in 2009" was won by the Allianz Group, while the product line of OJSC IC ROSNO was recognized as the best in Russia, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The Allianz Group has won the following categories:
Best Insurer in Central & Eastern Europe
Best Tariffs in Central & Eastern Europe
Best Insurer for Innovation, Central & Eastern Europe
Best Insurer for Claims Settlement, Central & Eastern Europe
Best Product Range, Central & Eastern Europe

For the survey, CFOs, Risk Managers and other direct buyers of insurance products from major corporations were asked to give their opinion of the company from which they purchased their insurance, and to explain their motives in selecting the insurance company. They were then asked to name first and second choices for insurance companies in the categories of price, product range, claims settlement, and product innovation.

Recognition of Allianz success in Russia

The Euromoney Magazine has named the product line of OJSC IC ROSNO the best in Russia.

The Euromoney is a leading magazine covering international financial markets. This Insurance Survey is conducted for the second consecutive year and represents the only international survey of the opinions of individuals making decisions in large corporations and financial organizations. During the survey, nominations were compiled from more than 400 respondents in over 60 countries.
