OREANDA-NEWS. April 09, 2009. S.A.S. (Almaty, hereafter - the company), shares of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be held April 18, 2009 with the agenda as  follows, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- approval of annual financial statements of the company for 2008;

- approval of report of external auditor for 2008;

- release of results of financial statements of the company for 2008 in mass media.
