OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2009. ROSNO’s Siberian Directorate has concluded an appraiser’s liability insurance contract with Alphacom Nedvizhimost Ltd. The insurance amount is 30,000,000 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The concluded contract serves to protect the property interests of the insurant (Alphacom Nedvizhimost Ltd.) related to the risk of incurring civil liability in connection with its professional services. In case of an insured event, ROSNO will reimburse the property damage inflicted to third parties through the insurant’s professional activities, as well as the damage inflicted by Alphacom Nedvizhimost Ltd. to the customer that had concluded a property appraisal contract.

The contract has been concluded for 1 year.
