OREANDA-NEWS. On 10 April 2009 was announced, that in March 2009 the volume of residential real estate sales (actual proceeds in monetary terms*) reached the same level as in March 2008 and amounted to UAH 25.3 million. The sales volume in 1st quarter of 2009 amounted to UAH 46.1 million. The lowest sales volume took place in January 2009 showing growth in February and March.

The sales in completed projects (Kyiv: Triumph premium class residential project and residential building on Chaadaeva st; Kharkiv: Atoll and Druzhba residential complexes) make up the larger portion of the total sales volume in 1Q09.

The proceeds will be directed to completion of the current residential real estate projects in Kyiv – Sonyachna brama at 73-79 Lomonosova st and Aviator at 22-28 Komarova ave and 5 residential complexes in Kharkiv. All the above mentioned projects are under construction with the degree of completion from 60% to 95%.
