OREANDA-NEWS. On April 07, 2009 Lancaster Petroleum (Aktobe), shares of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE of the following, reported the press-centre of KASE:

In pursuance with the decision of the general meeting of shareholders held December 23, 2008 on reorganization of the company through split-off of Karpovskiy Severniy JSC, as on April 6, 2009.

1. Karpovskiy Severniy JSC was registered in justice and statistics agencies, and tax committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Certificate on registration No. 15224-1904-AO dated February 20, 2009, BIN (Business identification number) 090240019251, TIN 061800282902.

2. The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on April 2, 2009 registered under number А5741 the prospectus of issue of share of Karpovskiy Severniy JSC; shares were assigned with NIN KZ1C57410017.

Lancaster Petroleum is planning to complete reorganization in the nearest future.
