OREANDA-NEWS. April 08, 2009. In accordance with the decision of the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (Minutes No. 1 dated February 23, 2009), JSC "BPS-Bank" increased its share capital up to BYR 416 527 336 545 through increasing of the face value per share for the amount of BYR 22 393 942 825 including the non-monetary contribution of BYR 21 736 086 509 and resources from the Bank's development fund for the amount of BYR 657 856 316, reported the press-centre of BPS-Bank. 

The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and the Securities Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus registered the amendments in the Bank's Statute and the State Securities Register on March 23 and March 27, 2009 respectively.
