OREANDA-NEWS. On April 09, 2009 President Victor Yushchenko has returned to the Verkhovna Rada the law on state support of production and consumption of mineral fertilizers with state support sending also his suggestions on improving the law, reported the Official website president.gov.ua.

According to Victor Yushchenko some articles of the law contradict the Constitution, which provides equality of all business operators before the law and state support of competition in business.
