OREANDA-NEWS. April 09, 2009. The insurance company ROSNO has concluded a comprehensive insurance contract covering the apartment located in Moscow, on Zachatyevsky Lane. The aggregate contractual insurance amount is 152,023,297 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.   

The apartment has been insured under the Megapolis program. The insurance contract has been concluded for one year, contemplating protection of the apartment’s structural elements, furnishing, plumbing systems, and movable property against the following risks: fire; lightning stroke; explosion; aircraft impact; flood (including the same due to malfunctioning washing machines or dishwashers; infliction of mechanical damage to aquarium or breakdown of its life-support systems or freezing of the liquid); natural disasters, falling trees and poles, collision with transport vehicles; burglary, robbery and brigandage; unlawful third-party actions; stealage of door keys to the doors of the insured apartment, and the following costs: rescue-related expenses and cleaning-up expenses of up to 10% of the amount of damage; costs of relocation and protection of up to 10% of the amount of damage; costs of early return, costs of renting another residential premise for the duration of repairs, accounting for up to 5% of the insurance amount.
