Gazprom Neft Announced New Deputy General Director for Administration
OREANDA-NEWS. On 09 April 2009 was announced, that Vitaly Baranov, who held the position of Vice President of OOO SIBUR for Organizational Matters, had been appointed as Deputy General Director of JSC Gazprom Neft for Administration. He will oversee issues relating to personnel and organizational development, information technologies, administration, and other aspects of supporting the company’s business processes.
It is planned that Vitaly Baranov will be appointed as Deputy Head of the Management Board of JSC Gazprom Neft at the company’s next Board of Directors meeting.
Kirill Kravchenko, who previously held the post of Deputy General Director of JSC Gazprom Neft for Administration, has been appointed as Deputy General Director of JSC Gazprom Neft for Foreign Asset Management.
Vitaly Vitalyevich Baranov was born on 19 June 1966 in Leningrad. After serving in the Russian armed forces he went to the St. Petersburg State University for Economics and Finance, which he finished in 1993 with a degree in economics and production management.
Since 2003, Vitaly Baranov has been working at SIBUR in the positions of General Advisor to the President, Head of the Presidential Administration, and since May of 2006 as Vice President for Organizational Matters.
Kirill Kravchenko was born on 13 May 1976 in Moscow. In 1998 he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with honors with a degree in sociology. In 2002-2003 he studied at the Open British University (financial management), in 2003-2004, at IMD Business School. He is a Doctor of Economic Science and a professor. In 2000-2004 he worked at YUKOS in various positions in Moscow and Western Siberia. In 2001-2002 he was employed with Schlumberger (under a partnership program with Yukos) in Europe and Latin America. In 2004-2007 he held the post of Administrative Director of JSC MHK Eurohim.
In April 2007 he was appointed Vice President of JSC Gazprom Neft for Administration. In February of 2009, Kirill Kravchenko was appointed as General Direct of the Serbian oil company NIS – a majority interest of which is owned by JSC Gazprom Neft.
